  5. Thanks for bringing up Gaming. I'm tired of people who pretend to know the requirements of a Student laptop and then don't even hint about gaming performance. Students are probably the most avid gamers that have to be on a budget.

  6. Damn I spend more money buying the Dell coz everyone wwas saying that it was THE laptop to have, and now I found out that the spectre is better AND cheaper….. Great

  7. The thing i found attractive about these 2-in-1 laptop is the 360 hinge where you can just flip the screen over and hold it like a book, but how feasible is it, actually? I would imagine getting one and just flip it over when I just do some reading, or when I'm in bed or something, but I reckon my hand would end up touching the trackpad or the keyboard all the time. Will the keyboard and trackpad be disabled when I flip the screen back that way?

  8. Wow Dave, you just point out the most critical thing that change my view on these kind of laptop. "If you used it for video editing or playing game, don't buy this laptop". It's just strike into the point.

But don't get me wrong Dell xps and it's friend are excel at design and portabillity, the point is if you have money to burn no need to think twice to buy these.

  9. Have you tried to replace the SSD? I have the 13 inch model and when I tried to replace the SSD the system would not recognize it at all. Not in BIOS and not even in diskpart. I think HP blocks the M.2 port in a way that prevent the end user from replacing the SSD.

  12. Also the HP comes with an 4K OLED screen and a Pen in the box…so the only advantage Dell had over HP is now gone and Pen in the box is just 100$ bonus.
